We recommend you book your preferred package and the equivalent hotel stay at least 2 days before your arrival.
Any stay cancelled at least 21 days prior to the arrival date will be fully refunded. Any stay cancelled between 21–14 days prior to the arrival date will entail a penalty of 50% of the initial contracted stay value.
Any stay cancelled less than 14 days before the arrival date will be subject to the full charge on your credit card For stays longer than 7 nights, a deposit equivalent to 50% of your hotel room charge will be required at the time of booking.
In case of reduced length of stay, early departure or no-show, the hotel reserves the right to charge your credit card with the amount equivalent to the total contracted stay value at the time of booking.
Please note that a cancellation is only confirmed on receipt of the cancellation number. A cancellation must be confirmed in writing by sending an email to reservations@buergenstock.ch. A verbal cancellation is not final.
All rates include VAT, but exclude the city taxes, namely CHF 6.10 per person per night, subject to charge at check-in.
Extra bed charge CHF 180.00 per night. Kids stay for free in room booked up to 16 years old; Breakfast for kids up to age 16 is free, full price for kids aged 17 and older.
